Imtiyaz Arshad

Mr. Imtiyaz Arshad is a transformational leader with 38+ years of experience spanning productivity, quality, engineering, automation, and leadership development. During his tenure at HPCL, he led large-scale performance improvement and capability-building initiatives across diverse operational environments.

An IIM Ahmedabad alumnus and globally certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP professional, he is recognized for integrating process excellence with practical, people-centric transformation strategies. His flagship initiative “Utkarsh” became a published international case study and earned global recognition, including the ATD (USA) Award for Excellence.

Through Transformix Global LLP, he continues to drive industry-relevant upskilling and sustainable organizational transformation.

Prof. Bodhibrata Nag

Prof. Bodhibrata Nag is a distinguished Professor of Operations Management at IIM Calcutta with over four decades of experience across academia, industry, and public policy. An IIT Madras alumnus and Ph.D. from IIM Calcutta, he is widely respected for his expertise in operations research, analytics, and sustainable supply chains.He has played a key role in shaping academic leadership initiatives and executive programs at IIM Calcutta. With prior experience in Indian Railways and the energy sector, he brings a rare blend of academic depth and real-world perspective.Known for his clarity of thought and systems-level thinking, he continues to advise organizations and mentor emerging leaders.

Mr. Satya Prasad Jayanthi

Satya Prasad Jayanthi is a senior energy-sector leader with 38+ years of experience in downstream petroleum and natural gas, along with 6 years of Board-level roles. As Executive Director (Projects & Pipelines) at HPCL, he led major cross-country pipeline and infrastructure projects across their full lifecycle. He is a corporate trainer and advisor, delivering advanced programs on pipeline engineering, integrity management, process safety, disaster management, and project governance for leading oil & gas and EPC organizations.

Dr. Surya Chandra Pandey

Dr. Suresh Chandra Pandey is a senior HR leader with over three decades of experience in India’s public sector steel industry. He served as Director (Personnel), RINL – Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (2023–2025) and also held additional charge as Director (Finance). He was appointed Managing Director of Eastern Investments Limited in 2024, overseeing OMDC and BSLC. Earlier, he held key HR leadership roles at SAIL’s Bokaro and Salem Steel Plants.
